Wisp is a learning app designed to support children with dyslexia through engaging daily exercises, weekly activities, and a progress dashboard for parents. By using Wisp, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which are intended to ensure a safe, respectful, and enriching experience for both children and their guardians.
User Agreement
Before using Wisp, you must read, understand, and accept these Terms.
By using the app, you agree to:
Support a positive learning environment for all users.
Avoid posting or engaging with inappropriate content.
Abide by all rules that promote the safety and privacy of children.
User Responsibilities
Ensure all information entered, including child profiles and activity feedback, is accurate.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account login details.
Supervise children during app usage when necessary.
Refrain from misusing any features or impersonating others.
Only use the app for its intended educational and community-based purposes.
Community Standards
Wisp includes a community space where parents and guardians can share experiences through text and image posts (comments and chat are not enabled). All users must:
Post respectful, appropriate, and supportive content.
Avoid posting any offensive, abusive, or misleading material.
Not upload images that include identifying information about children.
Use the community feature to support, not judge or criticize others.
Wisp reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards and may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of repeated or severe violations.
Content Moderation
To maintain a safe and positive experience:
Wisp manually reviews to detect objectionable content.
All posts are reviewed and may be removed if they violate app policies.
Users found repeatedly posting inappropriate content may be banned from the community space.
Learning and Progress Tracking
Children can participate in personalized daily and weekly exercises to strengthen their skills.
Progress is rewarded through achievements like collectible characters and certificates.
Parents can view insights and engagement history through the dashboard.
Account Management
You may update or delete your account at any time from the app settings.
Wisp may suspend or terminate accounts if they violate these Terms.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your consent, notify us immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Wisp is provided as an educational support tool and is not a replacement for professional therapy or diagnosis.
We are not responsible for:
Loss of data due to user error or unauthorized access.
Any damage resulting from misuse of the app.
Outcomes related to offline application of exercises without supervision.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wisp operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
Wisp reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time.
Significant changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use of Wisp indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
